Loved the food here! Quick service and very fresh. We had Guinness oysters and Yuzu oysters. There was a lot of ice on the Yuzu oysters so just be careful if you have sensitive teeth. The Guinness oysters were very light and delicious. To start they give a delicious home made bread and pesto. Thanks!

What a fantastic experience to have a first stop at this most popular oyster bar in Whitstable. Standing eating or if you are lucky to find the seat inside, you can enjoy a wide choice of yummy and eye-catching seafood dishes. The price of here is the cheapest and authentic farm fed in Whitstable. The outlook of this place is really warmly welcome and attracts all eyes. Will defo back

You can’t miss this place if you’re in Whitstable. Food was top - fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. Enjoyed the Japanese influence in some of the dishes. Cheery and homely service in a casual home-feel setting. Owner took us through the history of the place and even consulted the chefs and waiters to ensure we were getting the correct info! Pictured is the back room where we were sat. Corkage applied so bring your own booze. Hope to come back!

First place you need to visit if you are traveling to Whitstable. What an incredible place to have seafood, it was amazing. Delicious, tasty, we arrived just 4 min before they closed the kitchen and we managed to order 3 plates and 1 starter. The plating, the taste, the service everything worth it! Super recommend it. We will come back!

Best seafood restaurant in Whitstable and far beyond. We have been coming here for years and always try to find any excuse to visit Whitstable just to have a meal at Wheelers. Wishing all the best in 2025 and see you guys very shortly!

Wonderful food in a tiny but pretty restaurant. Started with oysters, then their crab cake starter made with delicious light mayonnaise. Cod main course with a superb butter sauce. Michelin star food quality. Lived up to the recommendation of friends. Don't miss this lovely place. You can also order homemade seafood arancini, fresh crab, prawns, hot smoked salmon and other seafood at the shop counter to takeaway or eat in the restaurant. Bring your own wine and chiller bag.

Fresh, delicious oysters. The lovely lady on the bar will kindly explain you the difference between rock and wild oysters. You can order for takeaway, seat on the bar table or dine in. The menu is surprisingly rich with the variety of seafood and fish The single minus is the waiting time for takeaway orders. You are at the end of a queue among the restaurant dine in guest even if you need just dozen of oysters to open. Wish they have a separate queue for takeaway orders. We ordered oysters and walked to the beach for just 1 min
